What to take on the Colorado Trail

Next week I'm taking off for a wonderful 5 weeks of hiking the Colorado Trail. This is my second time on this trail, and here's a little sneak peek of what's in my pack (spoiler alert: there is a LightHeart Gear tent :-)). Currently, my total pack weighs just 20lb. Let's go!
Top Row (from right to left):
- Granite Gear Blaze 60 pack - modified, (I took off the line locks and cord and replaced them with webbing and side release buckles) and with compactor bag liner - 3 lb 6 oz
- LightHeart Gear SoLong 6, stakes, awning pole & tyvek footprint - 2 lb 5 oz
- Jacks R Better High Sierra Sniveler quilt, long 2 lb 5 oz (this may change)
- Cocoon sleeping bag liner - cool max fabric - 7.6 oz
- Neo Air, X-LIte, 25 inches wide, cut down in length - 15 oz
Second Row (from right to left):
- Smart wool mid weight long johns top and bottom (PJ’s) - 12.9 oz

- food bag -1.7 oz
- puffy down jacket 7.2 oz
- rain jacket, hoodie pack cover and rain wrap -13.3 total
Bottom Row (mostly clothing that will be worn):
- 3 pair Point 6 socks - 9.8 oz
- Pants/button down shirt/ sports bra and shoes - 1 lb 12.5 oz (this includes undies and the purple t-shirt)
