I love this fleece. I have texture issues and was hesitant. But its very soft and so so warm. My daughter also has tge same issues with texture and insulating layers. I will be ordering one for her soon. Lightheart has my heart when it comes to warm and lightweight clothes. Cant wait to try all their offerings! Oh, and if you care about this stuff, they are made to order. So you know that its literally brand new and not sitting in a warehouse somewhere
