• This is a full size pack cover with attached hood and shoulder cape.
• Made of Silnylon with > 3000 mm hydrostatic head.
• Royal Blue color is a silnylon with a PU  coating on inside fabric is slightly heavier, but more durable.
• All seams are bound.
• Elastic strap buckles across the back of pack to keep it secure.
• Available in Medium & Large
• Regular size fits up to  65 Lt. packs.
